Known as Jambira or Dantashata in Ayurveda, Lemon is a popular remedy used since ancient times to support the immune system. From an Ayurvedic perspective, the colour yellow is strongly linked to the solar plexus chakra and is used to support and strengthen this area.

Directions for use

Our Holy Sanity Organic Lemon Essential Oil is perfect for your diffuser or oil burner.

+ A few drops in the oil diffuser uplifts your space and helps to purify unwanted odors. We especially love it in a blend with our Organic Peppermint Oil.
+ A few drops on a tissue for inhaling are perfect for travel or morning sickness.
+ DIY cleaning products - we love it as a surface cleaner. Mix 15 drops and a few tablespoons of vinegar in a spray bottle with water to make an eco-friendly surface spray.
+ Add ten drops to boiling water in a large pot or heatproof bowl. Use a towel to cover your head, and breathe through your nose for instant relief from a stuffy nose & blocked sinuses.
+ Sticky label remover - a few drops rubbed over that pesky sticky residue on jars has it peeling right off so you can reuse all your containers.
