Invoice Terms
Please note that all invoice terms are to be strictly adhered to, with payment due as per the stipulated due date on each respective invoice. In the event that payment is not received by the specified due date, a penalty interest of 10% per annum will be charged, calculated on a daily basis from the original due date until the outstanding payment is settled in full.
Furthermore, if there is a failure to meet the outstanding financial obligations within the designated time frame or if it is observed that there is insufficient intent to communicate with us regarding the outstanding payment, a formal letter of demand will be issued. This letter will outline the outstanding obligations and the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly.
In cases where a reasonable reconciliation cannot be achieved through direct communication, we reserve the right to seek the services of debt collectors or legal professionals. Any expenses incurred during this process will be borne by the party responsible for the late payment. It is of utmost importance to ensure that all financial matters are resolved in a timely and mutually agreeable manner to maintain a positive business relationship.
Shipping Information
1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
2. Shipping Times: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, though we may get delayed around seasonally busy times and major holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of 9.90 AUD. Orders over 98 AUD are eligible for free standard shipping.
4. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia. This is excluding Perth which may take up to 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy ensures a simple process to make things right.
1. Eligibility: You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
2. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at yourfriends@holysanity.com.au. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorisation.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and guide you through the necessary steps.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and process a refund.
Delivery
Holy Sanity is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
Lost Parcels
Holy Sanity accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item via our website by clicking the ‘Track my Order. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.
