Last updated: June 2026. This notice explains how Holy Sanity handles personal information collected through the Ritual Results Journey (the "Program"), in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. It sits alongside our main store Privacy Policy.
What we collect
At registration: your name, email, mobile number, state, country, product purchased, order number, purchase date and amount, your receipt, your chosen participation type, and your consents. Optionally a starting photo. In the survey: your product feedback, a finishing photo, and your marketing consents. At the refund stage, in a separate secure form: your bank account name, BSB, and account number.
How we use it
We use your information to run the Program, verify eligibility, send journey reminders and Program communications, calculate and pay rewards, produce de-identified aggregate insights, and, only where you consent, to feature testimonials and photos in marketing.
Bank details
Bank details are collected only at the refund-claim stage through a dedicated secure form, used solely to pay your refund, restricted to authorised staff, and not used for marketing.
Photos and marketing
Photos and testimonials are only ever shown publicly where you have given explicit consent, and only ever with your first name and state. You can withdraw consent for future use at any time.
Disclosure and storage
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us run the Program (for example our form, spreadsheet, email, and automation tools), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect your information and restrict access to authorised personnel.
Retention
We keep Program information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent to Program communications or marketing use, or ask us to delete your information, by contacting yourfriends@holysanity.com.au. You can also raise a privacy concern with us and, if unresolved, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
