Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern participation in the Holy Sanity Ritual Results Journey (the "Program"). By registering you agree to these terms. This is a summary of program rules and is not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have purchased an eligible Holy Sanity product. Eligible products are: Saffron Glow Day Face Oil, Manjish Elixir Night Face Oil, Vidhi Blue Lotus Ritual Oil, Vidhi Blue Lotus Ritual Mist, Brahmi Hair and Scalp Elixir, and Rosemary Hair Serum. Places are strictly limited to the first 50 registrations. You must register within 7 days of your purchase date. One registration is permitted per order, and rewards are limited to one per customer per product unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Journeys

Skin and senses products follow a 30-Day Ritual Experience. Hair products follow a 90-Day Hair Transformation Journey. Your journey is assigned automatically based on the product you register. You agree to use the product as directed for the full journey period.

3. Rewards

Two rewards are available. The Survey Completion Reward is a refund of 50% of the eligible purchase value, paid when you complete your results survey. The Transformation Reward is a refund of 100% of the eligible purchase value, paid when you submit a starting photo, an ending photo, and complete your results survey. Rewards are calculated on the product purchase price actually paid, excluding shipping, taxes where applicable, discounts already received, and any bundle savings. Rewards have no cash-alternative beyond the stated refund and cannot be combined with other refunds or returns of the same product.

4. Verification

All submissions are subject to verification. We may request proof of purchase, decline or reverse a reward, or remove a participant where information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms. Photos must genuinely depict the participant and the result claimed. Our decisions on eligibility and rewards are final.

5. Refund process and payment

We never collect bank details at registration. After your survey is verified, you will receive a secure refund claim form to provide your Australian bank account details. Approved refunds are paid by electronic transfer to the nominated account, normally within 21 days of approval. You are responsible for providing correct payment details; we are not liable for payments made to incorrectly supplied accounts.

6. Photos, testimonials and marketing licence

Sharing photos or testimonials is optional. Where you give marketing consent, you grant Holy Sanity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and display the submitted content and your first name and state across our website, social media, email, and marketing materials. You confirm the content is yours, is genuine, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us, and we will stop new uses and remove published gallery entries within a reasonable period.

7. No medical claims

Holy Sanity products are wellness and cosmetic products. The Program collects personal experiences and opinions. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Nothing in the Program is medical advice or a treatment claim.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, Holy Sanity is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Program, and our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the value of the eligible purchase.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or end the Program, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
