How does Amla help your hair?
Amla is considered an Ayurvedic superfood for hair and skin, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and phytonutrients that nourish the body.
The fruit of this plant has been used as an essential part of hair care since time immemorial, and it is considered an elixir that works on almost all hair care concerns including hair fall, dry & dull hair, and premature greying.

Before washing, gently massage your scalp in circular motions with a small amount of Brahmi Hair Elixir. Work your fingertips rhythmically and gently from the crown of your head outward toward your ears and the base of your skill (where your neck begins).
Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing. For deep conditioning, you can leave it on for longer - even overnight. Wash hair with a herbal/mild shampoo. Only comb or brush your hair once it's dry.
